Working outside in cold conditions isn’t just uncomfortable, it can be dangerous. There are many effects the cold can take on your body such as frostbite, hypothermia, and numbing.
It is important to be prepared for emergency situations since you never know when they can strike. A core skill/course that can help you prepare for these situations is First Aid and CPR.
