Inadequate and ineffective supervision is a liability for any organization.  Not only can it have a negative impact on day-to-day operations, but an absence of leadership can represent a significant liability for companies.  Not only can poorly trained Supervisors affect employee productivity and morale.  But, they can have a direct impact on the overall profitability of the company.

In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Employers have a legal duty of care to appoint competent and qualified Supervisors based on their knowledge, training and experience.  However, their success is based on the Employer's commitment and sincere investment in professional development and training.

Supervisors and Managers play a vital role in the success of any organization.  As frontline personnel in quality control and customer service, their efforts and demonstrated leadership are fundamental to the continued growth and success of any company.
